John 21:4–14; 1 Corinthians 11:17–22
What gets in the way of the community God desires?
In this session, we confront the hard truth that
sometimes our own practices of faith can
become barriers rather than bridges. Drawing from Paul’s words to the Corinthians and the
post-resurrection story in John, we reflect on how exclusion, division, and empty ritual can
distort the life we are called to share.
Jesus not only reveals what is broken—he invites us to listen to the truth-tellers in our midst and
to be honest about the ways we fall short.
